Can't Disable The Maintenance Mode

Hello is there anyone one to help me please

 

i cant disable the maintenance mode,

 

the ligne PS_SHOP_ENABLE inthe configiration table is set to 1

 

the cache is disable but i cleared it anyway but sitll the shop is not yet enable

 

can you hep me please ?

is it working now it seems i had to just sit and wiat one hour

The same for me - maintenance mode can't be switched off after upgrade from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1.4 using 1-Click AutoUpdate module.

What I've tried already:

- switch off/on/off/on/... maintenance mode several times

- rollback to 1.6.0

- clear browser cache

- clear cookies

 

... nothing helps

 

Please advise.

Problem solved by manual configuration change PS_SHOP_ENABLE = 1

Open phpMyAdmin through your host's cPanel and you'll find it in the ps_configuration table. Search for the row with name PS_SHOP_ENABLE and then change the value.

Thanks rocky. The problem was the php update from 5.2 to 7.0. A downgrade to php5.5 was the solution.

So the shop is enable now!
