Hammarqvist Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hi! I am trying to install a new theme in my webshop but it doesnt work. I go to theme and click "Add new theme" and chose a zip-file on my comp ( a new theme I bought online) And I get no errors, just a return to the same screen again. What can be wrong? Is it the import module or the new theme or something else? And how can I discover what is wrong? I have enabled error handling but there is no error message popping up. I am using PS 1.6.1.2. And I had problems copying the default theme before... can there be something wrong with the theme-module? BR Jörgen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Have you read the instructions from the theme developer? Is it compatible with your version? Sometimes the theme is embedded within a zip file inside the zip file so you may have to extract those files then upload have you tried ftp rather than the prestashop installer?
