Csv Error Will Not Move To Next Step To Import

usengines

Question

Currently the csv import in cloud is not functioning at all.  Whether you choose a file from history or upload a new one it will not go to the next step.  When you next step you get the circular (formerly hour glass processing sign) and literally after minutes it resets to the last file actually imported whether it actually still exists or not.  In our situation it resets to a file that was deleted from the history and the field punctuation returns to the default semi-colon and multiple, the opposite of what is usually used in the U.S.A.. Two days ago the csv import would go to the next step but loaded the same file over and over again, no matter what file you chose like it was stuck in cache. (and not in our browser cache which has been erased).

Is there a way to set the field punctuation  preferences permanently, as we have not found any?

We are having the same problem with the csv import.  You choose a file set the field separators and click on next step the processing indicator goes round and round until it times out and goes back to what was previously imported and field settings go back to the euro default of semi-colon and multi coma the reverse of what we  need?  The CSV worked a week ago?

We sent a support request and they assigned a fresh desk support ticket, but we cannot log in.  When we tried to reset the password it says no such email, and we are using the email address the support message was sent?  You call the 800 number, no one answers, leave a message and no one calls you back?
