What To Write In Cron Tasks Manager?

Hi,

 

I want to use the DB Backup module included in PrestaShop (found at Advanced Parameters - DB Backup) but I want it to be automatic. I open Cron tasks manager v1.3.2 - by PrestaShop Module and click on Add  New Task but then I don't know what to write? It's the Target Link field that is the problem! Where can I learn how to set this up??? Can anyone help me with the syntax please??

 

I have been reading for example https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/256688-simple-backuprestoration-modulesolution-for-ps/ but I still don't understand! I need a really basic walk through.
