Sant01 Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 We have recently switched to Linnworks as our multi-channel system for updating stock and bringing in sales. On our website the stock levels do not get updated when there are sales on any other channels such as ebay or amazon. When there is a sale on the site it is fed back into linnworks perfectly, and it updates the stock on the site just fine. So the problem occuring is if we sell 10 of an item, 7 through our website and 3 through ebay, only 7 are being deducted from the total stock. Linnworks is sending the data to the prestashop website but nothing seems to be happening on the website end with this. If anyone has any insight or useful tips for this it would be great, Linnworks so far haven't been much help besides trying to push us towards a Magento or Bigcommerce system as those are the two products they offer more support for apparently.
