Per legge nella fattura deve spuntare la dicitura all’art. 36 del DL n. 41/1995 come posso fare? Dovrò avare alcuni prodotti a iva 22%, altri invece dove spunta la dicitura "all’art. 36 del DL n. 41/1995" e non spunta iva da versare. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 Usa un gestionale esterno, non è assolutamente possibile farlo con il sistema interno di fatturazione PrestaShop, anche perchè si parla di una piattaforma internazionale che non può stare dietro a tutte le imbecillità che si inventa il fisco italiano. Recentemente ho preparato un modello per conformarsi al diritto fiscale francese simile. I think it is possible to do it right in PrestaShop.
