Carrier Selection And Paypal Button Not Working On My Cart

Hi,

 

I have a Prestashop ecommerce already online that has 2 big issues in the cart, making it impossible for future clients to make purchases.

 

1. When selecting carriers, I can only select "In store shipping" because it's free, but the other carriers that I haven't marked as free shipping don't appear even though they are in the correct zone, country, correct dimensions and weight, and I want to charge 5 euros per shipment. Right now all products have a stock of 0 because they haven't arrived yet, but there is a test product with 100 in stock which you can use to test and see this bug. All zones are enabled and Spain and Portugal too as countries.

 

2. We enabled "In store shipping" to be able to arrive to the payments screen. Bank wire works perfect, as it should. Paypal button: just does nothing onclick. There is 1 JS error on the site and many warnings, so that may be the cause. Otherwise the plugin is correctly configured as far as I know.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Do you have "Advanced Stock Management" set as on? If so make sure your warehouses are also configured with the appropriate carriers, as this could be the limiting factor
