Export Data From Ps 1.6.0.1.1 To Ps 1.6.1.3 Error

When i try to export category from PS 1.6.0.1.1 to PS 1.6.1.3 i get the error: And why when i export cattegories to csv the subcategories in those categories not exporting :/

I want to export Ps 1.6.0.1.1 To Ps 1.6.1.3 from one server to another only:

 

Categories, Products (all that is in product info), attributes. Any way to make it easy and fast ??

Maybe some sql export ??? I have a backup of my shop what table should i dump and ipmport again ?
