New Products Listed For Back Order

Hi... I am new to this, but I  think I have done very well so far. My question is...I have made my site into a ordering system for my retails stores.  The retail store simply goes online and places their order... the rest is manual on our side.

All my retail shop clients have to register before they can see any prices.

I have now added many new products only arriving in one month in its own category, "new - coming soon" as well as listed them with all my other products in each category. I have put the date available in each product, but I need to label them as only arriving later.... for back order. (visible on each product image)

 

So we still get the order, but the client can clearly see it is back order products. 

Any ideas .... gladly welcome...
