[Solved] The Requested Content Cannot Be Loaded. Please Try Again.

Hello guys

 

I have loaded about 75-76 products in my webshop.

Suddently when I added a new product and should upload the picture for it the picture will not show.

Not in the back office and not in the front office.

I only get a dumb icon instead of the picture and when I click on it a message telling me that the picture can not be loaded to the screen by now so try again later.

 

I tried to add a picture to a old product which already have pictures. The same happened with the new picture. The old ones remain okay.

 

What could this be ???

Pictures are all in the same format (JPG) and almost the same size.

I have a 5 GB storage on the server,

 

Any suggestions guys ??

 

I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.2

PROBLEM SOLVED

 

For a reason I don't know the attributes on folder and also some files in the IMG folder were these pictures were saved, was not correct.

I don't know how this could happen as I have not played around with any attributes here. I did not even know were the pictures were saved so I had to search through the whole set of files.

Anyway....I have changed the attributes now to the 755 on folders and 644 on files and everything works fine now.
