Need Of Subproduct Id Or Product Combination Feature In Prestashop

Hello All,

 

I am using the prestashop 1.6 for the purpose of selling books. In our shop we assigned the same book of different languages, as  a language attributes by using attributes combination feature. (Like Color attributes in case of Cloths of Bags)

 

It is also helpful to user to select the book in other language instantly instead of searching for that.

 

Though languages are the attributes, physically and practically the product is treated as different product and maintained separately. but the current shop considers it as a one product and assign only one product id. 

 

The product and attributed product have different in other attributes like Quantity, no. of pages, handling etc..

 

Here we need the subproduct id's as a primary key for the attributed product to keep it separately.

 

In existing system, while we export the product table for stock management there is only consideration of primary product.

 

If the above concept is harder to implement there may be an alternate solution i.e "Product Combination feature" by which we can make combinations of the products, having some similar attributes.(Should work just like attributes combination.)

 

These issues may be face by other users while stock management, Report Generation etc.

 

Please provide any else solution.

 

Please provide atleast the module for Product Combination.
