New User Create Account And Login To Account Error, Technical Error: Unable To Load Form

hi friends,

in first sorry for my bad english 

the problem is no one can't create new account and also can't login to his own account in my website. and this error is apear:

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.

 

Details:

Error thrown: [object Object]

Text status: parsererror

 

i use ps version 1.5.6.2

i edite some files like css,tpl,js...Before this problem occur, but now none of those have any empty lines and spaces at the begining and all of those are UTF-8 without BOM.

i use notepad++ to edite my files.
