Problem with sign in

Hello friends,

I used prestashop v1.4 for 4 years and dont have problems with it. But I am searching somethink new. So I delete my old shop and start to create new on prestashop v1.6. But have one big problem. Nobody can create new accout or log in to website. Because when I press on "Sign-in" I saw an error. I add a picture what I saw and I hope somebody will help me.

Did you try to enable DEBUG / DEV mode?

And try again? If it returns an error message, take a screenshot.

Thanks. But this way doesnt help me.
I think it will be somethink in seo or frendly url problem.. how do You think?
Why I think about that?
Because when I login to BO and press on PREFERENCES -> SEO& URLs and where I saw a big list or urls, I press edit and I saw error (add a screen) and it doesnt matter where I press (on what link) I saw the same problme

Oops, if you already have DEBUG mode enabled but without further error message, I have no idea

It's worthy to ask someone else to debug directly on your site.
