Blank page Translations tool

I try to translated through of admin panel & Localization > Translations modify the languange we want

And there when trying to step save, we get blank page

 

 

can you help us about it;;

Hi,

 

"blank page"? Can you post screen shoot of this blank page?

 

Usually if you use basic hosting the server respond with like message 

"your php.ini allow 1000 per max_input_vars"

 

So that error is caused from hosting no by Prestashop

Basically all these settings is ready. as php settings, suhosin vars etc

We have found several articles here on the forum, but very little about our problem. Also I followed some Instructions from a problem that we found here in the forum but still my problem remain

 

Also what makes us strong impression is that we do not get any error when we activate debuger, but there is no entry of php logs, apache etc

PS: also, i have noticed something that I think I should mention it. Our problem is focused only on the "front office"

For example we tried to translate to another type and the translation stored normally
