Create dynamic input fields in Helperform

Hello I'm working on a module and trying to create an insert form, so I have extend my class with the AdminController class. I have created a function called renderForm. Now I want to add a custom tpl to this page or using the HelperForm to add dynamic fields. I want to create a simple gallery having 2 fields and one add button. The one filed will be the title of the image and the second input field will be use to add the link of the image. So the user will be able to add as many image he wants on the form before he clicks the save button. Can anyone tell me how i can do it? I dont want the javascript code because I know how i can do it
