In short words you would choose a system made where: 1) CHANGE OF PRODUCT or REFUND 2) If you choose REFUND, be able to enter the customer as will be refunded (PAYAPAL, CREDIT CARD, BANK, ETC.) getting them to enter data for your choice (HOLDER ACCOUNT NUMBER CARD / ACCOUNT, ETC.) 3) If elected CHANGE PRODUCT, you can make the client choose a different attribute of the selected product to change. Be able to book the delivery: 1) Far choose via a calendar day that the customer would like the courier to take steps to return the package 2) Far enter details of address where the carrier will pick up the package I enclose a graphic example.
