We can no longer access the back office from the cloud and the store front does not display any more. Things just went blank and all we see is this server error!
Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2013] Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
(And no we were not and did not change anything via ftp.)
Anyone else having this problem on the cloud??
Update: the problem lasted about 10 minutes....everything is back to normal now.
