I have a problem with service cunstomer, the mail allert perfect funcional, but the service cunstomare don't send email in my email in one server, in the back office mail arrive, but in email in one server no. My configuration is: imap.one.com 993 imap option ssl: active the sincronize is done, but the client email not forward in my personal email, is a very problem for the site management.
