Hi Everyone, I would really appreciate any help or advice you can provide me. My website domain name is www.usapartsandmore.com

We sell appliance parts, our goal is to be seen by more people.

I use the following website www.gtmetrix.com as a method of getting my speed performance scores. As of now I have a PageSpeed Score of 93% and a Yslow Score of 86%. My main goal is to get these numbers higher. I need help and guidance on how to do it.

The top 3 performance issues on the PageSpeed side are:
Enable gzip compression
B (85)
SERVER HIGH What's this mean?

Compressing the following resources with gzip could reduce their transfer size by 83.5KiB (88% reduction).

Avoid landing page redirects
B (88)
SERVER HIGH What's this mean?

To speed up page load times for visitors of your site, remove as many landing page redirections as possible, and make any required redirections cacheable if possible.

Serve scaled images
B (89)
IMAGES HIGH What's this mean?

The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images could save 66.7KiB (41% reduction).

Fixing these problems will boost up my PageSpeed Score. Please let me know how I can fix these.

On the other hand (Yslow Score) I am encountering the following problems:
Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
F (0)
SERVER MEDIUM What's this mean?

Using a CDN YSlow doesn't recognize? Specify your CDNs in your User Settings.

There are 38 static components that are not on CDN.

Add Expires headers
D (67)
SERVER HIGH What's this mean?

There are 3 static components without a far-future expiration date.

Use cookie-free domains
F (0)
COOKIE LOW What's this mean?

There are 38 components that are not cookie-free

Configure entity tags (ETags)
F (0)
SERVER LOW What's this mean?

There are 16 components with misconfigured ETags

If you know of any way to help me get rid of these issues to boost up my performance scores please let me know. I really want to have a good working website to give my visitors a good experience.

Also, I believe Google is not even paying attention to my website because of these scores.

Thanks
