Sending a Customer a Quote an Invoice for Payment Later ?

Hello

 

Iam new to the forum and have only just come across Prestashop, I run a small sign company and T shirt business and I think Prestashop is ideal for my customers to browse products and prices, the problem is I would like the customer to choose various products ie. T shirts that they would like to order with a logo and phone number printed on, they could fill in a form with their details and phone number, submit the form to my email i can then produce a proof and quotation and then an invoice for the customer to pay via Bank transfer  / cheque etc.

 

Perhaps submitting a wishlist so that I can use to produce a proof / quote

 

Iam not sure if this is possible?
