Difficulties in working out Product Showcase Slider module

Hi all,

just downloaded this free module from this site

This module will actually give you a product slider showcase. Problem is you need to do alot of tweaking in terms of the size of the picture. After tweaking for some time, i am still unable to get it right. How can i frame the pictures within the slider, and also at the same time the picture does not get out of focus. The 'Featured Products' heading is out of place too, is it possible to shift downwards?
