aMBedue Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 Hallo, Nach dem Login im C-Panel der Hauptseite (faksimile.xyz) kam die Meldung, dass ein Update für Wordpress verfügbar sei. Wieso Wordpress, wenn ich via Softaculous PrestaShop auf der Subdomain ambedue.faksimile.xyz installiert hatte ? Dann lösche ich die WP Installation im Softaculous Dashboard und seitdem wir mein Shop im Frontend nicht mehr angezeigt. Ich habe dann sofort ein Backup erstellt und gesichert. Soll ich jetzt PrestaShop neu installieren und dann das Backup einspielen, obwohl ich im Backend vollen Zugriff habe ? Im Anhang der Screenshot vom Frontend. Vielen Dank.Martin B. eleazar Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 Ich glaube, da bist du im PrestaShop-Forum falsch. Am besten wendest du dich direkt an den Support von Softaculous. Hier der Support-Link: https://www.softaculous.com/support/ Einfacher wäre es wahrscheinlich, PrestaShop direkt zu installieren. Das geht vermutich sogar schneller.
