Api for orders to be accepted from other websites using xml Prestashop 1.6.1.0

Hi,

i am looking for a module to be created, or if there is already one available where another website can export selected orders and send them me via email as an xml file, i then need my module to be able to read the xml file and create the orders automatically as they are sent, so if the other website sends me 50 orders in an xml file, my website will show 50 orders waiting to be processed online.

Is this possible? what price and timescale are we looking at, as soon as possible would be great.
