Editing Bootstrap Theme

Hi Guys, I have found out to edit some colours in Bootstrap theme that I can go to public_html/modules/themeconfigurator/css/theme9. The problem I am having is knowing which piece of code relates to the header, header text, background, etc.

 

Any help would be great, I am mainly wanting to change the main background colour, the top menu background and text colours, footer background and text colour.

not really sure what your after but:

 

 

header .nav .row {color: red}

 

#header .sf-menu {background: blue!important;}

 

.sf-menu > li > a {color: yellow!important;}
