Question related to deployment of prestashop

Hi All

 

I am planning get into e-commerce business. I planning to start small and then grow big. I am planning to create my e-commerce site using prestashop. This will be local e-commerce site. I.e all my customers will be within my city. I am planning to put groceries and food products in my site for sale. I would like to know what is the best method of deploying the website. 

 

1. Should I use some hosting sites such as godaddy/hostinger etc to deploy my application

2. Should I buy a separate machine and get a static ip and put it into the internet.

3. Or is there any other better approach.

 

I have never deployed in hosting site so my quest might be very basic.If I can go with hosting providers then how can i restart my php application. If I have a dedicated machine I will be able to restart apache put how can I do it in hosting machines ?
