[HELP]Image Error[URGENT]

After Upgrading From 1.6.0 To 1.6.1 I am Getting This Error(In Attached File)

 I Have Regenerates thumbnails But i am Getting 500 Internal Server Error! I have Done More Than 15 Time But Still Some Image Look Like THis! Pls Help Me ASAP

Some suggestions:

 - disable pretty url's for the moment. It is easier debugging when you can see where url's actually lead. If that solves the problem you just needed to regenerate .htaccess.

 - look in the source code where the (dead) links of the images lead. Look then in the filesystem why that doesn't work. That will give you a better insight in what goes wrong.
