Unable to set own domain as primary domain in Cloud Dashboard

I've added my own domain on the Prestashop Cloud Dashboard "Domains & Certificates" and now I want to buy an SSL certificate for it.

 

But when I click the button "Add an SSL certificate", I get the message, that the domain has to be set as primary domain first (message: "Your pswebshop.com domain is already secured, so no need for an SSL certificate for this domain! Either add a domain or make sure the domain you have selected is a primary one").

 

So I've tried to make my own domain the primary one, but then I get an error message saying "Default domain cannot be updated" and nothing more.

 

Can anyone help me with this? Prestashop Support haven't replied yet (asked 3 days ago) and it's kind of urgent.

Hi MrsBor,

 

1 - First you have to add your own domain 

2 - As soon as it is confirmed, on the right hand side press Settings -> set as primary domain . This will make you domain as primary 

3 - Press Add SSL certificate and the page should display the new domain to add the certificate.

I have the same thing... it won't let me change the primary domain.

 

I get the error:   Default domain cannot be updated

it sort of  fixed itself
