nickcarswell Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 Hi, I have purchased and installed a Presto Changeo sage pay module that supports our preferred method of Sagepay integration however after placing hundred of test orders it seems obvious that when using "Authenticate" mode (We take payments manually through sagepay afterwards) it returns a response to the client as payment failed. I have attached the below log which shows it is redirecting customers to failed screen. Its worth noting that the order is successful in every other way - Order is added to prestashop orders, Customer can view and Sagepay shows the details as going through correctly.
