But under search the site will still show them. Is that a bug or do I need to make any additional product configuration to prevent this? Anyone having experience with this? selectshop.at Posted September 18, 2015 Share Posted September 18, 2015 This is correct, you should reindex your products. Seems that the automatic reindexation stopped to work on your server. Prestan0ob Posted October 28, 2020 Share Posted October 28, 2020 I have the same problem on 1.6.1.24. Inactive products does not show in category page but still shown on ajax search results under the search field. I reindex the products but nothing. When i activate and deactivate again the products the problem fixed but i must do this in all deactivated products and i have 20.000+. It's impossible! Please any help?
