centering site?

Hi, I am using my presta shop in an inline frame, in the back office - modules, I turned of the boxes that I dont want to use, all of the ones down the left hand side, but this has just pushed the shop to the left.
How can I get it so it centres in my inline frame? I also want to turn back on some of the boxes down the left, but have them show on the right, I cant see the option to do this in the admin?
