Currency Parse Error!

My currency real time update still appears in parse error when i click on update. There is nothing my web host could do about it but asked the Developer for alternatives. Can someone help me with the parse error!

Additionally,

When I set my shopping cart to a default currency of MYR. I gave 2 currency options for my customers to choose. MYR or SGD. If they choose SGD, after they have purchased a good and proceed to check out with BANK TRANSFER, the amount appears to be in MYR but not SGD upon checkout. Can someone explain why the currency reverts back to default even though the consumer chose SGD as their option. It happens with PAYPAL as well.
