I want to set up presta in a manual way I don't need credit card processing.
I want the customer to order, then we verify that order, add the correct shipping amount, then manually invoice them with the correct amount and the right payment method.

Can this be done?

I don't need all those features how can I manually run a presta site?

We will use "our own" credit card machine. We want to manually do the credit cards with out presta.
