Is there an easy way to transfer my store to a cloud version? Can I import the products (no CSV), or copy MySQL database over from the old store? 0 selectshop.at Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 On cloud you don't have access to database and only restricted parts of FTP, therefore you cannot migrate by yourself. To move from self hosted to cloud you need to buy the service. Than after clone your shop and make upgrade on this clone. Also on this clone you can play with the problems of your upgrade.
