sgtbash Posted March 5, 2010 Share Posted March 5, 2010 Hi all,I've just set up a new carrier for collection of heavy goods and set the weight limits to 100-10000kg thinking it would not show if someone ordered something below the 100k limit.It still shows.Is this a bug, or is there a way of not showing a carrier when the order weight limit is too low?(All my other weight limited carriers are working fine as the weight increases, so there isnt a global problem)ThanksDan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My weight limits are 5kg - 100kg....You would like to believe that anyone ordering items that are below 5kg would get a message saying there are no carriers available, but alas, the carrier still shows.... sgtbash Posted March 10, 2010 Author Share Posted March 10, 2010 I use the collect in person option for collecting surfboards.The surfboards are obviously heavier than any other item in my shop (i set them at 100kg anyway to force an excessive carrier) but the free shipping option still shows when buying a t-shirt.I've just had to put 'SURFBOARD COLLECTION ONLY' for the time being but it would be useful if it was automatic.
