How to edit dropdown container of the module blocktopmenu, desktop version.

Hi everyone. I would like to know if there is anyone that can help me with this issue.

So in my case i have some categories that has more or less subcategories than others.

Sometimes i have like categores with 1 subcategories in the same perent category so the container of the dropdown blocktopmenu looks bad. How can i edit this module with my needings??

I was thinking like on making another module with a dropdown container that has some grid columns with another style. 

I' am attaching a screenshot so u guys can see what i mean. 

There is anyone that can help me making it?? thanks . I must say i have already personalized this module but i don't know how to make this step. If anyone can help me would be very nice.
