Move Paypal Checkout Button To Cart and/or Product Price block PS 1.6.1.0 PPal 3.1

I have a new install of PS1.6.1.0 on PHP5.3 with default bootstrap theme.

 

I've been looking to see how to move the paypal checkout button up into the cart and/or into the product price block.

 

Setting up, configuring and adapting the shop and theme have all been a good experience so far, although I don't know the platform well enough to work out the best approach of moving the button.

 

The closest to an answer I've read through is https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/202283-help-needed-how-to-move-the-paypal-button-to-the-place-i-want/ but that is not relevant to PS 1.6.1.0 or PPal 3.10.1.

 

Also at https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/320684-paypal-button-on-prestashop-1604-to-move-under-add-to-cart/ but no real answer. I'm think the CSS only solution would break across other devices.

 

Solutions or suggestions please.
