GretelHome Posted March 2, 2010 Share Posted March 2, 2010 I've set up a Voucher to give users 25% off their purchase. Everything works fine in the shopping cart and on their invoice. I've noticed, however, that the discount isn't recognized by Paypal and the customer is actually charged the full amount.I have a similar problem with the Gift Wrapping charge. It shows up in the cart and on the invoice but the customer is never actually charged for it. This isn't important to me right now...I just think it might help to know that.I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any insight into this.
