z1pzap Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 As the topic says i cant stay logged in on my admin account.Everytime i want to do some changes there the site keeps asking me for the login info and then i have to do the changes all over again and it can take over 10 logins before i can for example install a module.The same problem happens when you try to login to front office as a customer...Anyone know what i should do to fix this? z1pzap Posted March 2, 2010 Author Share Posted March 2, 2010 has noone else had this problem before?tryed reinstalling prestashop even a few times but it doesnt really help.seems like its some sort of session problem but im not really sure how to fix it... rocky Posted March 2, 2010 Share Posted March 2, 2010 What version of PHP are you using? There are known authentication issues in PHP 5.2.1 and also in PHP 5.2.6 under 64-bit servers. z1pzap Posted March 15, 2010 Author Share Posted March 15, 2010 ok we have made some minor progress but still havent solved the problem...weve got all the versions "up-to-date" and since prestashop doesnt use session its not that eitherso it most be some sort of problem with the cookies...we have tried several solutions weve found on the internet like:http://php.dtbaker.com.au/post/prestashop.html (its not only IE but was worth a try at least)http://php.dtbaker.com.au/post/prestashop/cookie_cart_not_saving_on_whole_siteare some that weve tried but nothing worksanyone else had this problem and can help?
