Module developpement multistore css

Hi all,

I've search but don't find any respons for my request.

I want to dev a module (any fonctionality doesn't matter for my request), I know how to save variables for any store.

I don't know how to create  directory themes/my_theme/css/modules/my_module/......

and themes/my_theme/modules/my_module/....

Can anybody explain me how to do :

• if there is a classe or controller who does this ?
• do I have to create them during the install process ?
• do I have to create them manually ?
