create a new page on admin side

Hello all,

 

I want to create a new tab having a page on admin panel. I am able to create a new tab but i am not able to render the template file when this new tab is clicked. Can anyone help me to create a new tab having a new page and let me know how to add html controls to this page or how to render a tpl file on the click of this tab.
