Email alerts are not sending to customers after placed order and chagned status

Good day!

 

I am looking solution for some while now . As a costumer, i don't get email notification, when my order is placed, or order status is changed. I have found all the templates for emails, but they are not send, when i change order status. I have installed mail alert module, also i tried to send test mail from backoffice and its working!. Do i need to do additional steps, to send email with order details/invoice ? Or i am just looking in wrong places? I am still adapting to Prestashop, so excuse my knowledge.

Which hosting you have using ? we fixed the same issue in godaddy hosting 

 

We are using A2 hosting (but we will change soon maybe). At first i was thinging about that i need to buy some plugins, but i read the forum and i noticed, that others are getting email notifications, i should get notification atleast about status change. i have checked all the stettings. What was the issue in your case ?
