Free case study ( Site Audit) and Prestashop SEO advice

SEO is a real problem for most of the people owning a Prestashop Store. We have been handling more than 1000 Prestashop websites since we started working in this platform and found out that here are lots of shops that don't apply basic SEO on-page optimization.

There are basic elements that are not taken in consideration when a prestashop store is setup. Also poorly understood advice from years old seo forums is applied so wrong that it causes loss in rankings, visitors and sales.

We noticed patterns in the general SEO ignorance (sorry to call it like that) of the store owners seeking our help. We noticed the same mistakes done over and over again and realized that probably a better way to help he Prestashop community, than to write a sort of "tips and tricks" post is to present case studies. Just as you see a post on the forum, asking for help and there are 5 more people stating that they have the same problem.

One basic problem that people are facing, and it's so obvious that I don't think it should need a real example so I'm just going to tackle it right now:

Client: " My site is online for weeks and it's not indexed by Google, what do I do wrong?
Us: "Did you check it in Webmaster Tools ( Search Console now) ?"
Client: " What is Webmaster Tools?"
Us: "Well..."

Among the first steps you need to do when having a store go live is to integrate Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. Once you activate google webmaster tools for your shop, Google will index it in a couple of days, you won't need backlinks and not even to "fetch" the google bot .

This solves about 90% of the cases.
The other 10% is usually stuff like: site is in maintenance mode, webmaster forgot to allow bots in robots.txt and so on...

99% of your Prestashop store's problems you can find out with a simple Site Audit that will show you what's wrong with it.

Therefore we are offering Free Website Audits that we will transform into case studies.

More exactly, if you have a SEO problem on your site, send us a message or an audit request ( you can use the link in the signature) and we'll help you out.

The condition is that if we consider that the audit we'll make of your site has useful results for the Prestashop community, we'll post it on the forum. ( don't worry, we won't use your name or URL, we'll make up something generic like clothes.test or something :) in order for the people to have an idea of the topic of the shop.)

Please understand that not all requests will benefit from this Free audit offer, our time is limited and we use professional tools that have a pretty expensive monthly cost.

Therefore we reserve the right to select only those Prestashop site audit requests that we can create a case study of and it will be helpful for the Prestashop Community.
