stopping pop ups

Hi guys, with the template i'm using it has an annoying problem!

When i add a sub category the developer has made it so that when ever it's clicked a pop up comes up advertising himself, how can i stop this?

It only happens when sub category is clicked.

Ok i've found the file that directs this which is below, how do i turn off the pop up? I've tried deleting the whole file but if i do it stops sub categories showing.

Well it seems like i've stopped it, i removed the following line out of the code and it's stopped without creating any more errors!
