Pantalla en blanco en el Backoffice al pulsar Módulos

Buenas noches a todos, acabo de comprobar que existe un error en mi Prestashop 1.6 y buscando por Google y buscando temas por el foro de Prestashop (también en inglés) no encuentro la solución.

 

Al entrar en el backoffice de Prestashop y pulso al apartado "Módulos" me aparece la pantalla en blanco. Mirando por internet algunos dicen que tengo que modificar unos valores de la caché o en settings, el valor no lo encuentro. Comprobé también accediendo al backoffice a través de un teléfono y si que lo muestra, excepto la hoja de estilos y figura un error.

Supongo que es algo que ha excedido el límite de memoria, pero no encuentro la manera de poder modificar ese valor. Mi distribuidor de hosting es 1and1. Alguien le ha sucedido este problema? O si alguien podría ayudarme a solucionar este problema, ya que no me deja gestionar ningún módulo. Gracias.

Seguramente 1and1 no te permita modificar ese valor.

 

Podrías renombrar una a una las carpetas de los módulos (/modules) hasta que encuentres cuál te provoca el error.

Buenas. Yo tuve un error parecido. No me acuerdo con que hosting ni en que web ajjaaj. Pero si que recuerdo que lo solucione desde el cpanel de mi hosting aumentando la directiva php memory limit. Como dice @joseantgv te tiene que permitir tu hosting hacerlo.

Por otro lado puedes probar cambiando el php.ini o el .htacces como dicen en esta web:

A mí me pasa lo mismo, pero creo que no es de la memoria. Me pone lo siguiente:
