Get cart-link? (like: order?step=3&recover_cart=[number]&token_cart=[number])

When creating an order manually from a cart in backoffice, the link presented for payment-options for the customer looks something like this: domain.com/order?step=3&recover_cart=[number]&token_cart=[number]

It would be awesome to have that link in the emails sent out by the module that sends emails to people with abandoned carts. Is there a way to call this link?
