Setting "Default Customer Group" in Register Form (authentication.tpl)

Dear, good night,

 

I am finalizing a fully customized store and the customer requested a last minute adjustment.

 

Must provide the form "Default Client Group" in authentication.tpl customer registration form where the customer will select your own group before to register in the shop.

 

I do not know how to work it in the frontend, the backend everything is working and configured, only need to know the necessary steps that I run behind because I believe that there is a method to change the direct group frontend or by using helpers, etc.
