Basic issues with PrestaShop (1.3.0.1 - 0.113s)

Hi,
I am using the:
Version 1.3.0.1 - 0.113s
but there are some problems they are keeping me away of PrestaShop
1. I can't see Greek characters to PDFs (invoices etc.)
2. I can't change the date format to DD-MM-YYYY
3. As far as I know there is a bug when the customer tries to change a detail in his account (Hack attempt)

Any help on these issues it would greatly appreciated.
