adding attributes on products

I am setting up a shop where product can be in many variation, so I am using attributes in my solutions so customer can make their selection(can be up to 12 attributes per product).

I am facing some problem

1. With many attributes in a product prestashop are building huge no. of combination.(1000's)
2. For one product, after adding attributes. I am not able to open combination page for product in administration
3. For same product, if i click on view in category page it open a dialog to open or save product.php page which is empty
if I save it. Only changes in product page is that I removed "add to cart" at this stage. Looking at line of code it

Presta is not good at handling many attributes, a shame as it is a good clean script. This is the reason I moved to CS Cart

Tomerg3 is working on a solution for this problem with a module which is due for release this month. It is going to be a huge step forward for many of us who face the same problem selling items with many attributes.
