I bought a theme from prestashop addons store for my ps cloud. One of the modules used by the theme is causing a fatal error when i try to configure it. I messaged the developer and got the following answer
"Please give us your admin account and FTP account. We will check it for you."

By any way its safe?
ps: my store is not "in production"
