Can't access my store backoffice

I don't know why, but today I can't login to my store backoffice. I was playing with the ssl support on Preferences and suddenly I can't login to my backoffice.

 

I know that the email and password are right, but even if they're not, the "Forgot Password" link on the backoffice login screen doesn't work either.

 

Is there anyone really using PrestaShop Cloud in production?

 

Please help!!!!

It seems that this has to do with domain names. I reassigned back the default domain name that prestashop give me mystore.pswebstore.com and suddenly I can log in to my backoffice. If I delete that domain and put my own, I can't login to my backoffice... Please HELP!!!

You cannot change the domain name in your preference, you've got to add your domain in the first screen which is the one when you first log on.

 

where you have the following tab

 

my stores / my domains / my settings / 

 

You click on store details

 

Add a domain, add a domain that I own. If you follow the instruction you should be able to link your website to your domain, once this has been done you need to select your domain your primary domain so that your domain appears and no longer prestashop.

 

Follow the tutorial on the help or I think I saw one on you tube.

 

It is quite straight forward. No rocket science.
